Local Heritage Asset List

LOCAL HERITAGE ASSET PROJECT
What makes the Lower Otter Valley special?
What would you miss if it disappeared tomorrow?

The OVA has been undertaking a project looking at our rich and diverse local heritage to identify assets worthy of note.  We have sought nominations from the public and the town and parish councils.  These were used as the basis of a local heritage asset list.  Following English Heritage's Good Practice Guide, the nominations were assessed against standard listing criteria, before being sent to East Devon District Council for adoption.
