While sorting through the OVA archive recently two scraper board drawings by Cecil Elgee came to light. Cecil Elgee was a renowned local artist and it is possible she produced these sketches for the OVA to be used as newsletter cover images.

OVA Launch Campaign to Revive The River OtterView
We have teamed up with local MP Richard Foord and other groups to launch a new campaign called "Revive the River Otter". This was initiated by a press release from Richard Foord, with quotes and commentary from the Otter Valley Association and our campaigning group ORCA.
The Otter Valley Association was founded in 1979. Since that time the OVA has held many meetings and been involved in a great number of activities, all which have all been documented and the paperwork retained.
