Please join us in congratulating the winners of the Otter Valley Association 2025 Photographic Competition. These winners were chosen by our three judges - David R. White (local Naturalist), Rick Lockwood (Otter Estuary Ranger) and Lucilla Phelps FRPS (Photographer). Thankyou to everyone who participated - we received a wide selection of amazing pictures from the wonderful Otter Valley.

WINNER:

• Our winner is Sharon Bowyer with a beautiful photograph of a Grey Heron. Sharon will be receiving a £50 RSPB voucher.

SECOND PLACE:

• Second place goes to John Wokensein for his delightful panoramic view of the "Golden Hour" across the valley. John will be receiving a £25 RSPB voucher.

THIRD PLACE:

• The judges chose two photographs as "joint third place". Amazingly, both of these were from Karen Greenslade. Karen will be receiving two £25 RSPB vouchers.

SPECIAL COMMENDATION:

• A special commendation was also given to an incredible underwater photograph from Alex Mustard.
