A hilly walk from the Iron Age hillfort at Blackbury Camp that takes us through woods to the village of Branscombe with its wonderful old church, and then on to the beach. Here we will stop for lunch – bring your own or buy something from the Sea Shanty. We then walk back through another part of Branscombe village and along quiet roads through farmland and woods to return to our starting point. A strenuous route with steep hills and some steps.
