This route crosses ‘donkey country’ to get to Salcombe Regis. Continuing on into the Sid Valley via Soldier’s Hill and then along The Byes to Sidford. We walk beside Snod Brook to Knowle House on our way back to the start. A suitable walk for the wet season as it mainly involves hard-surfaced tracks and lanes with one steep descent. Optional lunch at the café.
