Single Membership £3.00 p.a.

Family/Household Membership £5.00 p.a.

Please complete the form and return it to the Otter Valley Association at the address shown on the form.

The form includes a banker’s order. We prefer payment by banker's order since this does save a great deal of time for our voluntary helpers, and helps to keep costs down. It also means we do not have to trouble you with a reminder when the subscription is due. However, if you do not wish to complete the banker’s order, we will also accept a cheque payable to “Otter Valley Association”.
